Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with Apogee Search's clients. Duties may include any of the following:

  • Manage all aspects of Apogee Search's relationships with specific, named accounts.
  • Determine client needs, and ensure they are met according to expectations.
  • Grow client relationships in terms of revenue generated and account profitability.
  • Provide internal teams with appropriate insight into clients' strategic business initiatives.

Regular client contact is an essential aspect of this job.

Qualifications:

  • College education (BA in Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, Plan II or other honors preferred)
  • 2-3 years experience in account management in a marketing agency (advertising, interactive, or search)
  • Viciously detail oriented
  • Knowledge and understand of online marketing techniques a plus
  • Excellent phone and written communications skills
  • Professional attitude and demeanor
