PubCon organizers announce PubCon South 2009

Today PubCon organizers announced that they will host a PubCon South conference in Austin, March 11-13, 2009.

“Apogee Search is thrilled to hear that PubCon is coming to Austin. PubCon is a highly respected event that draws top industry experts from across the country and has always been an exciting forum for the online marketing industry,” states Brian Combs, Apogee Search’s Senior Vice President.

Austin and PubCon are a great match since Austin is a growing market for online marketing. The creative and innovative nature of Austin will continue to make it a hub of Internet technologies and industry leaders.

Austin has long been a center of technological innovation with companies like Dell, IBM, AMD and National Instruments developing new technologies to solve the problems that we face today. “The unique combination of hardware, software, and the dot com technology industries, makes Austin one of the most vibrant and active tech centers outside of the Silicon Valley in the US,” wrote Brett Tabke, CEO WebmasterWorld Inc., on the PubCon conference blog.

The 2008 Las Vegas event begins tomorrow and will feature panel discussions and a site review from Apogee Search’s CEO William Leake and Senior Vice President Brian Combs.
